Base replacement warranty
Had an issue with the base not releasing the bucket seat. Looked it up online had to break the latch to release the seat. Clek sent me a new base pretty quickly after reaching out to them.

Terrific very easy to install and use
Replacement Base
We love our car seat and so happy with the purchase. This was a replacement base as ours start to malfunction. Customer service was nothing short of amazing, very quick to respond, extremely helpful and rectified the situation quickly. Shipping was very try quick which was unexpected given we do live in a rural area. Would recommend clek to anyone
